PCRC Pathways

The Pennsylvania Community Real Estate Corporation, a nonprofit corporation, runs the Pathways permanent housing program. FRP Assisted Living I

Run by the Friends Rehabilitation Program (FRP), a faith-based organization, the Assisted Living program operates ten permanent housing units for homeless families with an adult who is living with HIV/AIDS. The network of HIV/AIDS and homelessness service organizations makes referrals.


Friends AIDS Assisted Living II

The Friends Rehabilitation Program (FRP), a faith-based organization, runs the AIDS Assisted Living program, which operates 14 permanent housing units in West Philadelphia for homeless families where an adult is living with HIV/AIDS. Calcutta House Serenity Court

Run by the nonprofit Calcutta House, Serenity Court provides nine units of permanent housing to homeless individuals with HIV/AIDS in North Philadelphia. The network of HIV/AIDS and homelessness service organizations makes referrals.


Calcutta House Independence Place I

Independence Place I is a part of the nonprofit Calcutta House and provides four permanent housing units in North Philadelphia for homeless individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. The network of HIV/AIDS and homelessness service organizations makes referrals.

APM Esperanza Shelter Plus Care

The Asociación de Puertorriqueños en Marcha, Inc. (APM Inc.), a nonprofit organization, runs the Esperanza Shelter Plus Care program, which operates ten permanent housing units for homeless people who have contracted HIV/AIDS. The community of HIV/AIDS and homelessness service organizations make referrals. The AIDS Activities Coordinating Office, part of the City of Philadelphia government, helps review applications.


1260 HDC Hopin II Shelter Plus Care

The Hopin II Shelter Plus Care facilities are part of the 1260 Housing Development Corporation, a nonprofit corporation. These facilities provide 60 Units of permanent, independent housing for homeless people who are diagnosed with a severe mental illness, living with HIV/AIDS, or recovering from substance abuse. Organizations that deal with drug and alcohol, mental health and homeless recovery issues refer potential housing candidates, which are reviewed by the Office of Supportive Housing, the AIDS Activities Coordinating Office, and the Department of Behavioral Health.


1260 HDC Hopin I Shelter Plus Care

Part of the 1260 Housing Development Corporation, a nonprofit corporation, the Hopin I Shelter Plus Care facilities provide 76 units of permanent, independent housing for homeless people diagnosed with a severe mental illness or recovering from substance abuse. Organizations that deal with drugs and alcohol, mental health, and homeless recovery issues refer potential housing candidates, which are reviewed by the Office of Supportive Housing and the Department of Behavioral Health.
