The mission of Women Against Abuse (WAA) is to provide quality and compassionate services, in a manner that fosters self-respect and independence in persons who have been victimized by domestic violence. The mission is demonstrated every day to families who receive support from the legal center, residential services, and the 24-hour Philadelphia Domestic Violence Hotline. WAA seeks to empower victims and provides safety planning as part of all services.
