For more than 30 years, Carroll Park Community Council Inc. has been providing low-income residents of West Philadelphia with referrals to social service resources. Carroll Community Council Inc. believes that improved community health, access to available housing, energy programs and education, economic development, and job referrals are essential elements in making community revitalization possible.

By providing residents with direct access to social services, information, referrals, and counseling Carroll Park Community Council Inc. hopes to bridge the gap of broadening economic and social disparity in West Philadelphia.

Each year, Carroll Park Community Council Inc. aids more than 40,000 West Philadelphia residents with services as housing assistance, tenants advocacy, emergency food banks, education programs, job leads, and business start-up information.
